Q. How long does it take for orders to ship?
Depending upon the shipment preference you choose at checkout; orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. However, you can find specific shipping details here.
Q. Can I make corrections to an incorrectly entered shipping address?
Once your order has already been queued and sent for shipping, there is nothing you
can do on your end. However, please contact us immediately via email at Support@theglosuite.com and we will attempt to get in touch with the shipping provider to update your shipping address, so be sure to include your name and order number.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We have recently added more shipping destinations. Please note that international shipping charges may vary and will be calculated at checkout.
Are the body oils safe to use on my face and hair?
While our body oils are made with skin safe ingredients, they are scented and could
possibly cause irritation, so please refrain from using them on your face.
However, our oils are perfectly safe to use sparingly on your hair. If you
have extremely sensitive skin, please patch test first and use caution. Should
our products cause any irritation, please discontinue use, and seek attention
from a medical professional.
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, select items are final sale. Our Return Policy can be found here.

What should I do about an order I placed, but haven't received?
Most orders come with a tracking number that’s sent via email once the order ships. Once received, tracking can be done via the carrier’s website.
Should you need additional assistance, please contact us via email at Support@theglosuite.com and be sure to include your order number.
What's the shelf life of your products?
To get the most out of our products, they should be stored in a dark dry area either at cool or
room temperature and used within 6 months to 1 year unless marked otherwise via product packaging.
How long do I have to use store credit?
Our store credit never expires and can be used at any time upon logging into your account.
